I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a founding partner of True North Clinical Associates,  established in 2004, and co-owner until December of 2023. I opened a new practice near downtown Naperville, Illinois.

With over 30 years of experience, I address a wide range of mental health concerns, including poor impulse control, depression, anxiety, work-related stress, anger management, post-traumatic stress disorders, physical and sexual abuse, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorders, parenting difficulties, family conflicts, and blended family adjustments.

Throughout my career, I provided individual, family, multi-family, and group therapy in diverse settings. Additionally, I supervised mental health professionals in both inpatient and out patient contexts, offering supervision to L.C.S.W. candidates. My practice has extended beyond traditional settings, including regional schools, residential treatment, and assisted living.
